Turbro Greenland 165 Pint Dehumidifier with Pump GL150P Review

Turbro Greenland GL150P 165 pint dehumidifier

Mini Review

Big commercial-style dehumidifier for big problem areas: basements, workshops, garages and water damage drying. Rated at 165 pints a day and up to 7,500 sq ft, with a built-in pump so you’re not emptying buckets. Heavy and loud at full fan, but that’s the trade-off for this kind of capacity.

Full Review

The Turbro GL150P is built for large, damp spaces where a household dehumidifier can’t keep up: basements, workshops, garages and drying out after water damage. The 165 pint rating is at extreme conditions (95°F, 90% RH), so real-world output will be lower, but it’s still a lot of capacity.
The built-in pump is the feature that matters most day to day. Run the hose to a drain or out a window and you’re not emptying buckets. Auto-defrost helps in cooler spaces where cheaper units ice up.
It’s heavy and it’s not quiet, which is fine in a shop or unfinished basement but not in a bedroom. Turbro also makes a larger GL190P if you need more.
