Contour Gauge Review

Everyone who does any kind of projects should own a contour gauge. A contour gauge is used for all complicated cuts for tile, wood, and flooring . I can’t believe I didn’t know about these until a few months ago.

What We Don't Like

- No negatives with this tool.
The 10″ Contour Gauge that I tested (and have been using) is amazing and extremely easy to use. Check out the two pictures above: Pic 1 – push the gauge against the surface snuggly. Pic 2 – trace the gauge onto the piece that goes there. It literally couldn’t be simpler to use and the fit will be perfect. Gone are the days of cutting a plank, tile, or molding five times to get it fit “pretty good”. With this contour gauge, you will have a perfect match in one cut. I have completed so many projects over the years where this simple $12- $20 tool could have saved me so much time and effort. Buy three of these today: one for yourself, one for your best friend, and one for your neighbor (it’s not like those tools get returned anyway). The Contour Gauge is recommended for all three of our The Tool Space users: DIY, Handyman, and Contractor.
